Role: Manager-Inside Sales- US Markets
Base Location: Delhi, Moti Nagar

Objectives
Run Midmarket Inside Sales business in IT (International market)
Represent as Inside Sales Team member in all interactions with Client
Foster customer satisfaction
Lead Midmarket programs/campaigns, objectives and metrics in US
Increase Clients knowledge of its customers to enable Client to improve its offerings and relationship
Ensure use and maintenance of appropriate systems to capture customer data in a timely and accurate manner

Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for sales calling in the International Market USA
Defines quota for each Sales Representative jointly with Client
Generates ideas and defines strategies to achieve business and customer satisfaction goals
Implements Clients Sales Model for opportunity management
Defines, executes, analyzes and reports daily operation
Serves as communication channel between Sales Head and Client
Participates in periodic meetings and conference calls with Client to follow up business and define action plans
Presents results to his superiors, including business analysis of highlights and lowlights and action plan to exceed goals
Responsible for building a strong network / relationship with clients (especially international).
Should have skills to aid in proposals, power-point presentation & documentation.
Follow ups with prospects on regular basis.
Able to follow sales life-cycle and open up new leads on regular basis.
Act as a Individual contributor carrying Opportunity target.
Ensure the sales qualified BANT criteria is met
Open to travel to US region if required

Required Skill Set
5 8 years sales experience preferably in IT and/or Inside sales in US Market
Fluent oral and written English
At least 5 years experience in IT sales teams, preferably Inside Sales teams
Familiarity with issues & challenges related to Medium Businesses.
Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
College degree in Business Administration, Marketing or MBA or BCA or MCA or Btech/B. E or Any Professional Degree or related experience
Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred
Willing to work in US time zone EST or CST
Willing to work from MSL office during US time-zone.
Should have good exposure in selling IT Software Services to potential International clients preferably ERP selling experience, qualifying & pursuing potential opportunities from US market through calling, online research & Webinar campaigns
